The EG-U.S. Exchange Alumni Council, in its Fifth Session, announced the official Launch of the “Professional Business Mentor” Program

This program was designed to train and prepare a select group of experts from various fields to become business mentors in their specialties, aimed at serving alumni of cultural exchange programs and supporting the exchange of expertise from experienced professionals to beginners in their respective fields.

The first training workshop was held in Alexandria in August, and the second one in Cairo in September.

Each workshop lasted for three consecutive days (Thursday – Saturday) from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Participants received free, hands-on training on professional mentoring techniques from specialists. Trainees were selected after filling out the program application form, passing a personal interview, and meeting the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Training Benefits:

– Participants received the “Professional Business Mentor” book and a set of professional mentoring tools.

– They were awarded a certificate of completion and a Mentorship Pin, recognized by the U.S. Embassy in Cairo and the EG-U.S. Exchange Alumni Council.

– After completing the training program, participants were registered on the official website of the Egyptian-American Cultural Exchange Alumni and certified as mentors in their fields, with their profiles publicly announced.
